This half-day tour begins with a convenient pick-up in Waikiki, where a local guide will take you to Pearl Harbor National Park, Hawaii’s top attraction. The journey includes an immersive experience at the USS Arizona Memorial, starting with a film about the events of December 7, 1941, followed by a Navy-operated boat ride to the memorial site. Visitors will have time to reflect and honor those lost during the attack. At the Pearl Harbor Visitor’s Center, interactive exhibits and the Road to War Exhibit provide a deep dive into the historical significance of that day. The tour then continues with a guided exploration of downtown Honolulu, where you’ll see notable landmarks such as Iolani Palace and the King Kamehameha Statue, before returning to Waikiki after 5-6 hours of enriching experiences.

Waikiki Pick-Up

Our semi-private shuttle will pick you up in Waikiki, where a local guide will prepare you for a half-day adventure at Pearl Harbor National Park, Hawaii’s top attraction. Pick-up times vary by hotel and will be automatically assigned when you provide your information through our online booking platform.

USS Arizona Memorial

A Must-See! Your visit begins with an immersive film that brings to life the events of December 7, 1941, followed by a Navy-operated boat ride to the USS Arizona Memorial. This solemn site, built directly above the sunken battleship, offers ample time for reflection and paying respects to those who lost their lives that day.

Pearl Harbor Visitor Center

Dive into the comprehensive history of the attack and its aftermath through interactive exhibits and multimedia presentations. Discover how the events of December 7, 1941, shaped the history of Hawai’i and the world. The Road to War Exhibit within the Visitor’s Center provides a deep exploration of battle artifacts, photographs, live interviews, and personal memorabilia, offering a rich and immersive historical experience.

King Kamehameha Statue

As we tour downtown Honolulu, our guide will share fascinating stories about the city’s history, architecture, and culture. You’ll see iconic landmarks like Iolani Palace, the King Kamehameha Statue, the Hawaii State Capitol, Kawaiaha’o Church, and the historic Mission Houses Museum.

Waikiki Return

The tour lasts 5-6 hours, with guests returning to their original pick-up location around 2:30 PM (for the 8 AM Tour) and 4:30 PM (for the 11 AM Tour). Please note that tour stops and times may vary to ensure the best possible experience.

Frequently Asked Questions

Security restrictions at Pearl Harbor will be enforced. Please do not bring large bags or anything that could offer concealment. Storage is available at Pearl Harbor for $4.00 per bag.

Dress comfortably, but please remember that shirts and shoes are required on the USS Arizona Memorial; swimsuits not permitted. High heels, dresses and skirts not recommended.

There are food stands within Pearl Harbor, however, variety is limited. We recommend you eat something before the tour.

All entrance fees are covered by Go Hawaii Tours. Bring money for food and souvenirs.
